Bella Vita Mixed Use Development

This is a large scale mixed used development, we were responsible for the hydraulic and wet fire services design. The development included apartments, commercial units and restaurants. We used point of used instantaneous  hot water heaters in each apartment to provide domestic hot water, this removed the requirement to provide temperature control valves on the domestic hot water service to the sanitary appliances.
