QT Hotel

We were engaged by the plumbing contractor, as part of the design and construct team, to design the hydraulic services for the QT Hotel in Perth. The development included a combination of hotel rooms, short stay accommodation, apartments, restaurants and commercial kitchens. The sanitary drain system was designed and installed as a Geberit Sovent system, this removed then requirement to install relief vents and group vents on each sanitary drainage branch.
